Researchers around the world are beginning to question the stories we have been given about who we are, and how long we have been here. In this presentation I share my thoughts regarding a recent THC interview, which featured a member of the Stolen History online community. Topics include 'ancient' Egypt, Nikola Tesla a frontman (?), so-called 'star forts', numerous World's Fairs, and more.

In this presentation we take more nuanced look at the 'dead internet theory' as it relates to this little corner of the internet. Why are many hoax-aware folks so prickly towards one another? Is this scene growing, remaining stagnant, or shrinking (and why?) How can the internet be used to improve our interactions with regular people who don't (and never will) understand how the media really works?
